1. How does ValueBond™ Work?

ValueBond™ is an ethical based rewards program run by Blue Storm Media. It allows you to be paid cash for fulfilling on-line promotions and offers as well as e-mails and completing surveys and charities (RSPCA, GOSH, Mission East) to receive a royalty each time this happens. Our Ethical Policy


After registration with ValueBond™ you can buy products from the hundreds of offers on the offers pages and get a percentage cashback or a cash amount each time you buy or register for the offer. Each time you buy through the link you will receive a cash payment into your ValueBond™ account and our charities will receive a donation which is mentioned under each offer.


When your ValueBond™ account reaches £10 or above this amount will be paid into your PayPal accounts at the latest 3 months after the transaction. This is a secure operation undertaken by our PayPal. Clearly the more you buy the more you will earn and the more you will donate to Charity hence ethical!

2. What does transaction mean?

A ValueBond™ member must undertake a transaction specified under the offer to trigger a payment for the consumer and the charity. This action does not have to involve a purchase and can be any of the following actions.
• Completion of a lifestyle specific questionnaire
• The purchase of a a prodcut or service at the merchant site
• The completion of a defined data field within an e-mail and the sending back to the promotion Company of that e-mail with the data field completed (tick boxes, information fields, questionnaire or surveys etc).
• The printing of an offer and its presentation at a promotion venue.
The action required will be clearly stated under the offer banner.

Note: However buying products specifically to get the cashback and then asking for a refund is not allowed and will result in the forfeit of all funds in the consumer account. Because ValueBond™ relies on companies to pay for the advertising bounty, these companies will not pay if the products have been refunded within a 3month period and hence the reason for up to a 3 month delay in payment. No payment will be made to a ValueBond™ consumerfor that specific transaction if the goods are returned within a 3 month period.

3. How much can I earn from ValueBond™?


The offer range form 0.5% of order amount uptot 70% and so it is entirely dependant on your shopping habits. We guaranteed that provided you undertake the action on the ValueBond™ e-mail you will receive the cash payment associated with the promotion paid into your ValueBond™ account and then when this reaches £10 or more pounds this cash will be transferred to your PayPal account(at the end of the 3 month period).

4. When will I be paid?


You will be credited the offer cashback money into your ValueBond™ account up to 2 months after your transaction but it can be much quicker. When your ValueBond™ account has reached £10 or above the amount will be paid into your PayPal account on the 30th of 3rd month after the transaction . If there is less that £10 in your ValueBond™ bank account we will wait until this reaches £10 and then transfer this to your bank account at the appropriate payment month.

5. How will I be paid?


We pay you directly when your balance is greater that £10 pounds at which point we will pay directly into you PayPal account. Payment can take up to 5 working days to reach your PayPal account

6. Who owns the payment relationship?


Blue Storm Media Ltd run the payment relationship with you. Any issues or problems regarding payment should be addressed to Blue Storm Media at accounts@Bluestormmedia.co.uk

7. How secure is my data?


Blue Storm Media, the company behind ValueBond™, have gone to great lengths to ensure that your data is kept secure. We have taken the following steps
• We comply with the UK data protection act and the European commission guidelines on the use of customer data for marketing purposes. Registration Number Z8720348 ,Security Number 10547658
• Your data is password protected.
• Your data resides on a protected server.
• Your bank details are held on a secure server.
Your data will not be sold to any third party. However you will receive promotions that you have requested until you unsubscribe. In most cases you can choose which offers you select on the offers menu
If you decide to leave ValueBond™ your details will be deleted (and your bank account credited with any un-transferred funds. If this sum is less than £10, there may be a small transaction charge to cover the funds transfer (currently £1).

8. What type of e-mails will I receive?


When you register at www.ValueBond.co.uk, you are given the opportunity to choose whether to receive promotions by e-mail. These preferences will be used to choose the most appropriate promotional e-mails for you.
You can change these preferences easily by logging in and changing your profile. As the ValueBond™ program grows the about of information you give will grow allowing us to provide even more appropriate offers.

9. How can I stop the e-mails?

You can unsubscribe my going to the unsubscribe tab and following the unsubscibe instructions. You will receive no further e-mails or communication from ValueBond™.

13. How much money is being paid to Charity for each offer?

Currently Blue Storm Media is attempting to pay 30% of the consumer cashback to its chosen charities


14. What is the nature of the relationship with the charities?


Blue Storm Media Ltd donates to specific charities that it has selected. It currently splits the denoted percentage cashback evenly between the three charities. If more Charities join the split will continue to be equal to ensure fairness. BSM is in no way associated with those charities except in providing donations. Every charity with in the ValueBond™ network is treated equally


15. Can I donate to my own favourite charity?


No not yet, unfortunately you cannot donate to your own charity through ValueBond™. Not all charities are participating however we hope to add charities as and when they are selected. BSM has a list of Charities to whom it donates which are RSCPA, GOSHCC and Mission East. We are constantly reviewing this list and new charities can come on board annually.


16. Who are the beneficiary charities?


Currently the beneficiaries of ValueBond™ campaigns are the RSCPA,  GOSH Great Ormond street hospital for sick children and Mission East20. What is your ethical policy?
The ValueBond™ and Blue Storm Media ethical policy can be found in the ethical policy section. We are constantly reviewing this policy and improvements are made on a regular basis


17. Who is liable for the promotional campaigns?


Ultimately Blue Storm Media Ltd is liable for the promotional campaigns you receive. These will have been checked against our ethical policy and that of the associated charity prior to sending. Additionally we will only work with companies that have already demonstrated their own ethical policy in previous e-mail campaigns.


18. Why was ValueBond™ created


 ValueBond™ was created for a number of reasons.
• To allow you, the consumer, to earn money instead of points and get real value evertime you shop.
• To allow you to give to charity without costing you a thing
• To allow you to give soemthing back to society ever time you shop.

19. How do I complain about an error on my account?


Just drop us a line at info@valueBond.co.uk explaining the problem and we will do our best to solve it. To ensure that we can pay the bounties we do are keep all communication on line to keep the costs to a minimum

20. What happens if I refund the items I bought through the offer?

To address this problem we have ensured that there is a 3 month period between the transaction and payment. This gives you the chance to refund the item if not suitable but of course you will not get the ValueBond™ cashback and nor will the charity. If you refund the goods after the 3 month period the cashback will be reclaimed from your ValueBond™ account if sufficiently funded, if not from future earnings. BSM can only pay you if the company pays us so if you return the goods, on the whole, the company will not pay us and we will not be able to pay you.

If Blue Storm Media suspect fraudulant use of the system to buy goods and then claim a refund after the 3 month period, the member can be suspended from ValueBond™ and prosecuted for fraud by BSM and the company from where the goods were bought. In no circumstances will BSM pay cashback where fraud is suspected

21. Who owns ValueBond™?


Blue Storm Media Ltd owns and runs the ValueBond™ Rewards program. ValueBond™ is the Brand name for the ethical rewards policy in the UK.

22. What happens if I lose my password?

Simple contact us at info@ValueBond.co.uk with your name and address and e-mail address and we will resend your password.
