Following the Tsunami Disaster there was an unprecedented outpouring of giving but what is happening today?

People forget disasters as it passes out of the news and media and levels of donations decline rapidly leaving those in need stranded. There is no constant reminder of the world’s disasters and people’s plight and a general amnesia to the world’s poor population.

So I decided to create a method of sustaining donations and awareness well after a disastrous event which is tied to an activity that consumers do daily i.e. Shopping. ValueBond™ is the UK’s first ethical rewards program, which sustains giving, and awareness for charitable causes and rewards you when you shop.

ValueBond™ has become possible because companies are offering significant bounties to advertisers when you take up their offers through on-line banners. ValueBond™ splits these bounties up and gives cash back to you and charity rewarding people in need (rich and poor) simultaneously.

Each time you buy a product from one of the company offers on the ValueBond™ website you receive part of this bounty in cash and our charities also receive a significant donation. Our aim is to enable you to shop for everything through ValueBond™ and so we are creating partnerships with all the main shops such as Tesco, M&S and eBay as well as many more (150 offers today).
