Blue Storm Media is a limited Company (registration number 4206846) owned by Blue Storm Media SPRL registered office is situated at D'Angoussart, Bierges 1301 Belgium. You, the members and users, will be deemed to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions of this site which will apply each time you enter the site or use the services of the site. Blue Storm Media Ltd may terminate the services provided to any members or users who do not adhere to the terms and conditions of this site.
Blue Storm Media Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions which are applicable. If such changes occur they will be posted on the site and will take effect from the date of such posting. The changes will be deemed to be accepted by the members or users who continue to enter the site and/or use its services. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Blue Storm Media Ltd reserve the right at any time to revise the ValueBond ™ offers as advertised.
By registering to and using the site and services provided you agree and accept that use of the site is at your own risk. The users release Blue Storm Media Ltd , its directors, employees and other representatives so far as is permitted by law, from any liability arising from the members or users of the site and the Services provided.

BSM adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and is registered for data acquisition within the EEC. The information you provide is safeguarded under the terms of that Act. BSM SPRL is registered with Information commissioner under No PZ8720348.
Data to be Collected and Uses of the Data
BSM Ltd collects data about you for registration, including answers to specific questions asked by BSM for specific questionnaire such as Healthcare. This information is used to assist BSM, and third parties in communicating with you about their products and services and to provide you with access to selected interest groups.
Registration Though Third Party Sites
The collection of data by BSM through registration on third party sites may lead to your data also being held by that third party site.
2. Services provided by Blue Storm Media Limited ("the Services")
Blue Storm Media Ltd through ValueBond ™, the World’s first ethical based rewards programme allows users based in the United Kingdom to buy at ValueBond feature shops and/or sign up to specific promoations. Each offer or promotion has a ValueBond offer attached which pays a rewards to the registered user and the ValueBond Charities. The reward can be a straight cash reward or a percentage fo the total sale the regsitrant has made on the merchant site. Payments made between each of these media may vary in terms of their value, but the spirit and mechanism for payment will remain unaltered unless advised under condition [1] above.
Users will register for membership to the system by entering certain details. These details can be updated by members by entering their private, valid password. All users of ValueBond™ should take care to protect their password and user identity at all times and notify Blue Storm Media Ltd immediately of any suspected breach of their security on security@valuebond.co.uk.
3. Membership
The cost of subscription as a full member is free, and allows you full access to all the Blue Storm Media Ltd and ValueBond™ Services. You may however cancel your registration at any time. Blue Storm Media Ltd reserves the right to amend the membership fee at any time.
Membership is not transferable. However if you wish to substitute your email address and / or mobile number during a period of membership, then this is possible.
The Services shall be provided by Blue Storm Media Ltd from the date that application for registration as a member is accepted.
Blue Storm Media Ltd has the right to refuse, withdraw or cease to provide its Services without notice. The members or users shall remain liable to pay all sums owed to Blue Storm Media Ltd on the date of withdrawal/cessation of Services in the case that the registrant has asked for a refund of an offer bought through a ValueBond™ link.
Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives will not have any liability whatsoever in respect of failure, suspension or ending of the Services. The members or users will not be entitled to any compensation nor will the member be entitled to a refund of the membership fee.
Blue Storm Media Ltd does not guarantee that its Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Costs of Services
The cost of subscription for membership is £0.00 per year. Receiving text messages as and when this service becomes available is also free. Sending and receiving emails as part of the ValueBond™ proposition is free.
In the event that a registered ValueBond™ customer wishes to terminate their access to the ValueBond™ service, or requests early payment of the ValueBond™ account due to them, then a transaction fee will be applied. The current transaction fee, which can be altered at any time, is set at £1. This can only happen 3 months after the last transaction due to our refund policy. (please see FAQs)
6. Age
This site is targeted at persons aged 18 and over. If you are not aged 18 or over we do not recommend that you use this site. If you are under the age of 18 you should get the permission of your parent or guardian to use the site. Parents or guardians are advised to consider the suitability of this site for any child under the age of 18.
7. General jurisdiction disclaimer
This site is targeted at residents of the United Kingdom. If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom you should not use this site. In listing your place of residence on registration, you are representing to us that you are a resident of the United Kingdom. This is a representation on which we rely prior to accepting your application for registration.
8. Privacy
Details provided by you and any other information about you are subject to our Policy .
9. Passwords
You must not disclose your password to any other person. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is kept safe and secure from other persons. If your password has been lost or you suspect that it has become known to other persons please notify us immediately by email to info@valuebond.co.uk
10. Messages
No enquiries or checks are made on persons wishing to become members of ValueBond. The members or users acknowledge and accept that any messages they send via ValueBond, including messages which contain personal information, are sent at the members or users own risk and the members or users give consent for such messages to be passed on by Blue Storm Media Ltd.
11. Conduct Rules
You accept and agree that you will not use any part of the site or Services provided by Blue Storm Media Ltd to:
11.1. Send any message, whether by e-mail or text messages that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
11.2. Harm minors in any way;
11.3. Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or disguise the origin of any content;
11.4. "Stalk" or otherwise harass another;
11.5. Collect or store personal data about other users;
11.6. E-mail or text any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
11.7. E-mail or text any content that infringes any intellectual property rights of any party;
11.8. E-mail or text any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail" "spam", "chain letters", or any other form of solicitation;
11.9. E-mail any content that contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
11.10. Violate any applicable national or international law or regulations.
You acknowledge that we are unable to monitor messages sent by e-mail and text messages and that as a result you may receive e-mails which do not adhere to the rules of conduct set out here. As soon as we are made aware of messages that breach these rules of conduct, or our terms and conditions generally, prompt action will be taken.
Refunds
Refund for goods bought on the ValueBond™ site can be discussed directly with the merchant, however if a refund is granted within the 3 month period following the transaction the ValueBond™ payment will be removed from the user's ValueBond™ account. If a refund is made after the 3 month period Blue Storm Media Ltd will recover the funds for future earnings from the user's account.
If the merchant or Blue Storm Media Ltd suspect fraud or fraudulent activity surrounding refunding of items or any other multiple sign up scheme the user will be immediately suspended from ValueBond™ and possible prosecution will result. Blue Storm Media Ltd monitor earning activity very closely and can highlight frauds within 1 day.
If you receive a message that in any way breaches the rules of conduct or our terms and conditions generally, please notify us immediately by email to info@BlueStormMedia.co.uk
Blue Storm Media Ltd reserve the right to take whatever action they deem necessary to prevent any breaches of their rules of conduct or their terms and conditions generally including where we, in our absolute discretion, deem appropriate the termination of your membership or use of our services.
Blue Storm Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for messages sent in breach of these conduct rules.
12. Intellectual Property
The Website contains Copyright material, trade names and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos and graphics, and may include video, graphics, music and sound. The entire contents of the Website are protected by Copyright law. Blue Storm Media Ltd or our licensors, own Copyright and/or database right in the selection co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create, derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as provided in these Terms.
You may download information from the Website for your own personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under Copyright law, no copying, redistribution, re transmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without our express permission and that of any other Copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of Copyright material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or Copyright notice shall be made. In addition, Blue Storm Media Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the contents of any adverts or any information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives shall not have any liability which arises as a result of any misuse whatsoever of this site.
The member or user accepts and acknowledges that Blue Storm Media Ltd does not carry out enquiries or checks on individuals wishing to become members and that members or users should act responsibly when using the Services. Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives shall have no liability for messages sent via the Services provided or for any contact whatsoever made by members or users outside the Services provided by Blue Storm Media Ltd.
The members and users of this site will hold Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives free of any and all actions against it as a result of information supplied by it or which it authorizes to display on the site.
Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives will not in any event nor in any way whatsoever be responsible for any damage to a site user and/or member's computer, software, modem, telephone or other property resulting from your use of the Services provided by Blue Storm Media Ltd.

Neither Blue Storm Media Ltd, nor its directors, employees and other representatives shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.
15. Indemnity
The members or users shall indemnify Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives and hold Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives harmless against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses including without limitation legal fees and costs arising out of or as a result of any claims made or litigation brought against Blue Storm Media Ltd, its directors, employees and other representatives as a result of the use by the members or users of this site, its contents or any part thereof.
16. Text Messages & E-mails
Blue Storm Media Ltd do not guarantee that the text messages or emails sent by Blue Storm Media Ltd will be received by the intended recipient.
If you are not the person paying for the phone bill (both mobile & land line), you should obtain the permission of the person paying the bill before any text messages/emails are sent.
17. Viruses
Blue Storm Media Ltd has taken reasonable steps to eliminate viruses from this site. Blue Storm Media Ltd does not guarantee that no viruses exist and is not liable for the existence or consequence of any virus. Blue Storm Media Ltd advises you to take all necessary steps to detect and eliminate viruses before using this site.
18. English law - exclusive
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English law. In relation to any legal action or proceedings to enforce this agreement or arising out of or in connection with this agreement ('Proceedings') each of the parties irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts and waives any objection to Proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that the Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
19. Severance and negotiated alternative
If any provision of this agreement is held by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be deleted from this agreement and shall be of no force and effect and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if such provision had not originally been contained in this agreement. In the event of any such deletion the parties shall negotiate in good faith in order to agree the terms of a mutually acceptable and satisfactory alternative provision in place of the provision so deleted.
20. Charity and Taxation position
Blue Storm Media Ltd through its ValueBond™ service is committed to maximising the amount of Charitable payments made by registered ValueBond™ consumers. To this end, we encourage all ValueBond™ registered users to sign up to the Gift Aid declaration that is part of the registration process. Gift Aid is the United Kingdom Inland Revenue tax relief scheme that enables registered UK Charities to reclaim the tax on any contribution made to them by UK residents eligible to pay UK tax. All consumers who register for the ValueBond™ programme will be required to declare their eligibility or otherwise, and their acceptance, or otherwise of the Gift Aid scheme. All payments made to Charities are subject to VAT at the prevailing United Kingdom rate.
Any liability for declaration of tax is the responsibility of the registered user. You are advised to retain your eMail records and take back up copies of them for your taxation records. Blue Storm Media Ltd, the parent company cannot enter into any discussion as to your personal taxation status and you are advised to take independent financial advice if you wish.
21.Payment of Rewards
In order to receive their rewards, each registered ValueBond™ customer must provide a sign up to PayPal. The link to PayPal is given on the home page and the registration page.The rewards are paid into the ValueBond™ Account when the merchant pays BSM Ltd, which is normally at the end of every 2 month period.The amount in the ValueBond™ account is then paid to the PayPal account at the end of the 3 month period after the original transaction (ie one month after the merchant has paid Blue Storm Media Ltd). This amount is only paid once the accumulated value of the rewards gathered have reached £10.
At the time of payment, the consumer will be offered the chance to pay their reward directly to one of the Charities nominated in the ValueBond scheme. The specific details of this, and the remainder of the rewards programme will be available on the rewards payment e-mail which will be sent out at the time of payment.
